Your ride data stays purpose-limited.

Information CareTaxi may use

Depending on your authorized role and how you use CareTaxi, the service may use:

• Account identifiers, name, email address, and role
• Scheduled ride details, pickup and destination addresses, assignments, and ride status
• Pickup and handoff verification activity
• Operational notes, exception reports, and transportation event history
• Current precise location during an active assigned ride when location access is enabled
• Technical information needed for security, diagnostics, and app operation

Why information is used

This information supports sign-in, role-based access, ride scheduling, driver assignment, transportation coordination, ride progress, pickup and handoff verification, safety review, support, security, and app operation.

CareTaxi does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Roles and authorized access

Access is limited according to authorized responsibilities. Admins oversee operations and users; schedulers create and assign rides; drivers manage assigned rides; CareDesk staff coordinate authorized support; and families review or request authorized transportation. Participants should only access information needed for their role.

Sharing and protection

Ride information is shared only with authorized participants and service providers needed to operate, secure, and support CareTaxi, including cloud infrastructure providers. Access controls and server-side authorization help protect assigned records. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect safety and legal rights.

Location information

Precise location is used to support active assigned transportation, including ride progress and coordination. Location access can be controlled in device settings. Disabling it may limit active-ride features.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, safety, security, legal, and audit requirements. To request account deletion or a copy of your information, email support@dbuilds.app. Some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate safety and audit obligations.

Children and authorized transportation

CareTaxi is provided through authorized organizations and is intended for use by authorized adults and staff. Organizations are responsible for obtaining any permissions and approvals required for the transportation they coordinate.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as CareTaxi changes. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
